CMOS Thermal Noise

By maxwell4

CMOS Thermal Noise is a voltage noise cause by the random thermal motion of the electron.

The thermal noise is independent of the DC current of the device.

v^2 = 4*K*T*R*df

K – Boltzman constant
R – the resistance of the device
T – temerature
df – bandwidth
